Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

1. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused
2. All original tags and packaging must be intact
3. Hygiene liners must remain in place
4. Items must not show any signs of wear, makeup, tanning products or fragrance

Due to hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Because our pieces are intimate garments, we can’t accept returns that don’t meet these conditions.

To request a return, simply email us at [your email] with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm everything is in perfect condition, we’ll process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5 to 10 working days to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
